Roy Horn was born on the 3rd of October 1944, his show partner Siegfried Fischbacher was born on June 13th 1939. Both of German descent, the two combined to do a show together interesting both magic and exotic animals. They were working at the Mirage Hotel in Vegas when the infamous attack occurred. Roy was bitten by Montecore, a tiger he had raised from a cub. Roy survived the attack and although the tiger was quarantined it was eventually deemed safe and was allowed to return to his owners. Roy and the tiger re-appeared on stage together in 2009.

David Seth Kotkin was born in Metuchen, New Jersey on September 16th 1956. He changed his last name to Copperfield to use on stage. Doug Henning was a Canadian born magician. His first big show, featured in Toronto, was directed by Ivan Reitman. He worked with Nbc and every year performed a extra broadcast entitled, "Doug Henning's World of Magic". For his efforts Doug received 7 Emmy nominations.

Harry Houdini was born Erik Weiser in Hungary in 1874. He and his house moved to the Us when Harry was 4 years old. Harry was advised by his employer to couple on his flee acts rather than his magic. By 1899, Harry was touring and performing at the biggest vaudeville houses in the country. It was after Harry's mother died that his fascination with the spirit world truly surfaced. He spent years traveling and exposing tricksters who claimed to be mediums and spiritualists. Houdini died in 1926 at the age of 52.
